Description: New two-story high school with a main gymnasium, auxiliary gymnasium, media center, auditorium, support spaces, and classroom space totaling approximately 266,000 square feet.

Structural System: Concrete masonry unit (CMU) bearing walls with concrete hollowcore plank floors and steel joists and light gauge metal truss roof structure. Lateral load resistance is provided by ordinary masonry shear walls.

Approximate Construction Cost: $28,700,000
